What We Do

We  offer  professional  counseling  over  the  phone  with  licensed therapists and life coaches. All sessions are strictly confidential and  employ  the  principles  of  positive psychology to help you meet personal goals. Our  online  counseling primarily  uses cognitive therapy  and is solution focused. Relationship, self-esteem and work issues are  addressed  with  compassion  and  pragmatism.

We are happy to add telephone therapy to our services. By charging $60 per hour consult, we hope to make online counseling convenient and affordable. To speak with an experienced staff member, simply contact us at your earliest convenience.

Hours are: 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. EST

 How is this billed? A fee is prorated based on the time you need. For example a 30 minute session would be $30 which can be paid on our Appointments page or invoiced to you via email.
